Symptomtext
Approx 3 minutes after receiving vaccinations patient complained of nausea, began spitting clear saliva into basin, complained of hearing loss. Nausea resolved in approx 4-5 min without emesis, patient reported hearing was back to normal. Pt also reported that she had some visual blurriness at the same time as the hearing loss. All had resolved and patient felt shakey but better. BP 124/94, skin warm and dry. Pt sat in office under observation for 25-30 min and left with mother. Pt reported feeling okay when leaving.
