Symptomtext

Right sided bells palsy noted when patient woke up on 12/9/23 along with right eye pain. He was initially seen in our office and transferred to ER after I consulted with pediatric neurology via phone for neurology exam d/t significant eye pain, neurology confirmed bells palsy, lyme testing was sent from ER and negative. Patient has a followup neurology appointment in early January.

pt became pale, dizzy and vomited directly after the injection. her heartrate was slightly elevated prior to the flu shot but she remained tachycardic and hypertensive during the entire visit. pt was sent to ED for persistent tachycardia

Symptomtext

After receiving vaccine patient started to feel dizzy and faint. He became pale and was helped to the ground by clinic staff. He never lost consciousness. He reported minor nausea, symptoms resolved within five minutes.
