Symptomtext
The patient is a 28 yo healthy male with a history of leukocytoclastic vasculitis after receipt of YF-VAX (PMC UH599AA), Vaccinia (SPV) (ACA VV04-003A) Rabies (NOV 507011A), MMR #1, (lot not recorded), Anthrax #1 (FAV309) in 2012. He also received Hep A #2 twelve days prior to these vaccines. Symptom onset was day 6 (& 18 for hep A)
