Symptomtext
He got his vaccine, he had a fever after that. Then about 2 years now mother is noticing stuttering, different styles of delayed when he's going too fast. There is something not right with the bone, his right arm he keeps dislocating. He has fallen 3 times on different occasions, one in 2021, February of 2022 he fell and dislocated his elbow on the right side. Both times it has had to be put back into place. Mother has been trying to get him into an Orthopedist, but has not been able to be seen to get some sort of brace for him. Mother has not taken him to get any other vaccines due to these reactions.
