1/26/21 am, Infant seen at Hospital ED with right-sided focal seizures. No fever or symptoms of illness except fussiness. Treated in ED for seizures - resolved. 1/27/21 EEG L hemisphere multifocal discharges c/w focal epilepsy.

Crying Muscle twitching

Symptomtext

Parent called stating the patient is inconsolable and having ticking head movements since getting her shots. Father denied lethargy or fever. We advised them to take her to the ER if concerned. On 3/16/21 mother called to update us that she is doing better and said when they got to the ER a lot of the symptoms stopped and she seemed back to normal.
