Spoke with client's mom today 8/24/2021 at 9:40am, she states that the client developed a rash shortly after receiving vaccines from me yesterday. It was red and itchy from the belly button to his groin area. She put an antibiotic cream on the affected area and the rash appeared to go away. This morning when the client woke up, he had a rash covering his back and the client states that his body is broken because both of his legs hurt. I advised mom to call his pediatrician and let him know what is going on and whether he will be able to receive future doses of these vaccines. I also told mom she could try Benedryl on his rash to see if that helps. Mom states that otherwise the client feels fine- no fever or anaphylaxis.
