weakness Narrative: Patient received influenza vaccine in his home. The following day, caregiver called to report patient woke up very weak, hypotensive, and with new diarrhea. No fever, nausea, vomiting, or other symptoms reported. Of note, patient also had home hospice consulted pending due to patient not fully recovering from PNA and recent CVA with continued decline in overall health.
