expired vaccine was administered with no reported adverse event; Initial information received on 06-Mar-2023 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case received from a nurse. This case involves an unknown age and unknown gender patient to whom expired hib (prp/t) vaccine [Act-Hib] vaccine was administered with no reported adverse event. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s),concomitant medication, vaccination(s) and family history were not provided. On 06-Mar-2023, the patient received an unknown dose of suspect hib (prp/t) vaccine (lot UJ647AAB and expiry date: 05-Mar-2023) Powder and solvent for solution for injection via unknown route in unknown administration site for prophylactic vaccination. On 06-Mar-2023 the patient developed a non-serious event of expired vaccine was administered with no reported adverse event (expired product administered) (Latency: same day) following the administration of hib (prp/t) vaccine. Action taken : not applicable.
