Dizziness

Symptomtext

patient received three vaccinations from us on 10/1/21. Prevnar (Left arm), Fluzone HD (Left arm), Shingrix (right arm). Patient's "friend" called today stating that he has been having a lot of dizziness. She is unsure exactly when the dizziness started. But it was dizziness to the point that he went to urgent care and got a prescription for meclizine 10/13/21. Apparently patient's pcp is unavailable so that is why he went to urgent care. Patient thinks that the dizziness is a result of the vaccines he received, and the fact that he got 3 at the same time. He is going to take the meclizine to see if that helps him, and if dizziness continues he will follow up with PCP.
