Symptomtext
Father took pt. to routine follow up appt the same day, approximately 3 hours after receiving flu vaccine at his primary care clinic office during a routine physical. Father reports nurses at Clinic noticed pt. had a "rash" on face. Father had not noticed rash but did see rash when nurses pointed it out to them. Reports pt. has been activing fine, not itching, and rash "cleared up" by the time he brought pt. back to clinic for follow up/re-eval (less than an hour).

- Pt. was noted to have a red throat and scant clear runny nose at the time of his physical, but father reports pt. has not had any symptoms of illness. Because of the red throat (acute pharyngitis) and runny nose, a rapid strep, strep A culture, and respiratory viral PCR swab for various illnesses (including flu and covid) were obtained. Rapid strep was negative at time of visit on 1-11-2022 but strep A culture and viral PCR test results are pending.
