Symptomtext

Patient stated that she "didn't feel right" several minutes after she got her shot. She said that she "felt sick and was almost going to pass out". She sat and waited at the pharmacy for awhile as instructed by the immunizer. Eventually she left after she was feeling better, but later in the day she developed a dry cough and was nauseous and had trouble breathing. She visited a walk-in clinic the next day because her symptoms did not improve. She was diagnosed with bronchitis. She stated that she was given a steroid shot that improved her symptoms immensely. She said that she is feeling much better today and was encouraged to report the adverse event by the doctor.

Patient experienced light-headedness, pain in arm, being "off-balance," flashes of heat, wobbliness, tunnel vision, and being in a "fog" over the course of 72 hours. EMS services were called on behalf of the patient while she was at work, but based on my conversation with her, no action was taken at that time other than the patient leaving work to go home. Adverse effects resolved on their own after 72 hours.

patient returned with swelling , redness and itching in whole upper right arm starting the next morning after the vaccine. He did not report to pharmacy until the following day. The pharmacist instructed the patient to try tylenol/ibuprofen for pain and swelling and benadryl for the itching. If no improvement within 24 to 48 hours, patient to contact us or physician. COVID-19 Cough Dysphonia Lacrimation increased Rhinorrhoea SARS-CoV-2 test positive

Symptomtext

I started out with a horse voice and the next day I had watery eyes, runny nose, and a cough. I then tested for COVID-19 and it was positive then I went to a Urgent Care Clinic and it was positive as well. I was given the antiviral PO4 Cough, and they both helped and within 4 days I had recovered. I do think it was a very mild case.
