Symptomtext
Noticed rash in right arm on 5-13-22. Wonders if vaccine related, or bug bites. Only uncomfortable if he touches the area. Area feels warm. There is redness that seems bigger than when redness was first noted. Denies fever. Denies itching. States he has had varicella vaccine in the past, but did not have documentation so proceeded with repeat varicella vaccination. There was no varicella titer checked prior to vaccination.
