Patient stated that she had a "frozen shoulder" and could not lift her arm above her head for almost two months after receiving the vaccine on 12/15/2022. She stated that the pain started the day of vaccination, and she stated that perhaps the vaccine was placed too high on her arm. She stated that she could feel the vaccine moving into her rotator cuff. She stated that she had difficulty lifting any heavy objects with her left arm.
