Symptomtext

Pt.'s face and neck turned red following her vaccination. She reported feeling hot and having tingling in her back. The symptoms spontaneously resolved after 10 minutes.

Symptomtext

Approximately 1 hour after the injection, pt developed redness at injection site that was 6 to 7 inches across. Then later that afternoon, she developed lumps in the arm from the shoulder to the elbow, and the arm was sore to the touch. Most of the lumps have subsided as of 10am this morning, but she still has a red spot on the bicep.
