Chills Febrile convulsion Pyrexia Seizure like phenomena

Symptomtext

Child received 6 mo imms and flu#1 on 1/4/21 am. About 6pm child had fever, chills and a seizure-like epside. He returned to baseline shortly after the event. He was taken by ambulance to MC ER and discharged with diagnosis of suspected febrile seizure. A follow-up phone visit on 1/5/21 was done. Baby continued to have borderline fever (T99) but was otherwise doing well.

Symptomtext

Five minutes after injection patient reported itching feeling around arms near both injection sites. Area was red at the time, about 6 minutes after the injection visible raised rash began with continued itching to both arms. No rashes appeared over any other location other than the arm directly above and below the injection site.
