After completing last vaccine today, Hep A, Patient became pale, clammy, and appeared to have convulsions with hand and arms turned in and eyes shut for about 1 minute stated at 9:55 am. Got her to exam table with help and took b/p right arm lying down with legs raised b/p 90/60. Gave juice and pop tart when she started feeling better. b/p 120/60, 120/60, 114/64. She contacted friend to pick up and before leaving repeat b/p 100/70. She regained color and reported felling much better. She did report not eating prior to coming into the clinic today.
