Symptomtext

A little more than 24hr after the vaccine patient developed a red 'rash' at the injection site that spread up and down the arm. No pain, no itch, no vesicles, no pustules, no swelling. Just red and warm to the touch. Mom called the after-hours triage line for advice. Mom applied hydrocortisone cream. She reported the occurrence to our office the next day. The redness was resolved in 2 or 3 days. No medical care needed. No other visits needed.

Dizziness Feeling hot

Symptomtext

First time patient had a flu shot she was very nervous and anxious about getting one. I asked her to stay here for 15 min since it was her first one. 5 minutes later she said she felt light headed and hot. I gave her a bottle of cold water and some crackers since she had not eaten lunch and it was around 3:30. As soon as she had a few sips of water and ate the crackers she felt fine. Her dad did come pick her up. I called her 1.5 hours later and she said she felt fine and thinks it was her nerves
