Arthralgia Pain

Symptomtext

developed a dull pain in his left deltoid; Initial information received on 17-Feb-2021 regarding an unsolicited valid non-serious case from a patient. This case involves a 30 years old male patient who experienced a dull pain in his left deltoid (Pain in extremity), after receiving INFLUENZA QUADRIVAL A-B VACCINE [FLUZONE QIV]. The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s), concomitant medication(s) and family history were not provided. On 06-Jan-2021, the patient received a 0.5 ml dose of suspect INFLUENZA QUADRIVAL A-B VACCINE (lot UT7115NA and expiration date :30-Jun-2021) via unknown route in unknown administration site for prophylactic vaccination. On 07-Jan-2021, the patient developed a non-serious a dull pain in his left deltoid (Pain in extremity), 1 day following the administration of INFLUENZA QUADRIVAL A-B VACCINE. No laboratory data reported. It was not reported if the patient received a corrective treatment. At the time of reporting, the patient did not recover from the event Pain in extremity. As the patient stated that he does not feel like the pain has resolved at all since.

Blindness Feeling hot Head discomfort Tinnitus

Soon as we left pharmacy we left to eat, my son started making weird noises and couldn't see or hear and ears were ringing. I sat next to him and felt an increase amount of body heat, ringing in ears, vision loss, pressure at nose that moved up to center of forehead. It lasted 5 minutes and started to subside and he was fine after that. I put water on back of neck to get body temp down, and I dont know that he had a fever but I could feel the body heat.
