Symptomtext

Patient became lightheaded about 5 minutes after vaccine administration. She then started to sweat and turn white and finally fainted. After lying her on the floor she woke up almost immediately. No further complications after that

Per mother: patient experienced 13 total seizures (5 major, 8 minor). The first occurred during church and was rushed to ER for treatment. At the time of the conversation (roughly 24 hours later), the patient was still in the hospital but in stable condition. The patient has no history of epilepsy.

Symptomtext

The lot numbers are really small on the paper I received I am not totally certain about the first two letter/numbers. I have 9 cm erythematous very hot to touch firm knot on my arm and can hardly lift my left arm. I can use my right arm. I have low grade fever, shaking chills and a rash on my left arm that extends down to my elbow. I also have pronounced left axillary lymph nodes. I have taken 50 mg of Benadryl which has not helped. I also took 800 mg of Motrin because the pain in my arm and my back and hips and pelvis and legs feels like my bones are crushed. My left arm and my armpit pain up into my neck make it almost impossible to turn my head to the right. I?ve also had severe nausea, vomiting and diarrhea and unable to keep anything down since 10/1/2021. I am a PA-C and clinically speaking this has been a significant reaction but I did not have anaphylaxis.

The patient's past medical history, medical treatment(s), vaccination(s) and family history were not provided.
