vaccines were accidentally administered to wrong patient; also patient is 4 years old and received the dose for 5-11 bivalent covid booster and had 2nd dose of primary covid shot series only 1 month ago; no reactions noted at time of administration; MD spoke to mom; nurse manager followed up with mom 3 days later and confirmed that patient did not experience any adverse reaction
