Abdominal pain upper Immunisation reaction Tremor Vomiting

Symptomtext

Shaking, throwing up, pain in the stomach started several hours after vaccine administration. Pt went to ED and got admitted. Ran all tests. No other problems of significance found. ED conclusion was that it was an adverse event secondary to vaccine administration (likely RSV Abrysvo since patient has gotten Influenza Fluzone Quad HD in the past). Discharged within 24 hours. Pt stated all recovered as of 9/25/2023.

Patient returned to the pharmacy after 4 weeks to complain of shoulder soreness. She said that it was very painful for about a week and then it went away. Recently, the pain have came back to the site of her injection. I recommended her to see her PCP for follow up

Symptomtext

Patient got the Fluzone HD vaccine on 9-22 in her right arm. She started having pain on 10-1 in her right shoulder. she could not use her arm to do any work and was in constant pain. She visited the doctor on 10/4 and Dr diagnosed as LIPOMA. She was given Meloxicam 1st. She was still in pain, so, a few days later, got Celebrex, then Tramadol was given for pain. She is also doing physical therapy. She is little better

Symptomtext

Patient called stating she had a welt in the area the vaccinations were given. She noticed it on 10/5/23. Welt is approximately 2 to 3 inches in diameter. Does not itch and is not irritated or burning. Patient states it is not really bothering her and will contact her primary care doctor tomorrow (too late to reach md tonight). Not sure of outcome with provider since patient has not contacted them yet.

Symptomtext

Patient came to the pharmacy stating that she felt very sick after getting the flu shot on 09/12/23. Her arm became sore and It made her feel very sick the next day. She states that she has cough congestion, and felt clammy, but appears to be improving slowly. She denied any redness, rash, or trouble breathing. Patient informed she used Tylenol and OTC cold meds to control her symptoms and it seemed to be helping. Pharmacist advised to monitor her symptoms , and if no improvement to contact provider.
