Symptomtext

On the evening of the day she received her vaccines she had a cyanotic event at home, was brought to the hospital and had a code event after obtaining a head CT. She also had a fever to 39.3C on arrival. She has known aortic stenosis. Her EF which had been normal earlier in the week was down to the 20%s. She was placed on ECMO. Concern for myocarditis vs vaccine adverse reaction. Of note, the RSV vaccine approved for adults and pregnant women was given by mistake along with her other routine 6mo vaccines. (This may be being reported by the clinic that administered the vaccines as well)

Seen at primary care 11/29/23 for being 3rd day with noted rash and biruising that was worsening, he also swoke up with a bloody nose and a blood blisteron lip.Lab work was obtained via venus draw. Platelets were n oted to be at and a manual diff was obtained 18.0.Patient ab direct Igm and Igg were both strongly positive. Child was referred to Pediatric Hematology, whereatt his time the plan is to watch him and wait for any further signs of bleeding. Per Hematology the BAT score was 3 lab work done.

Symptomtext

I received the flu vaccine and about 15 minutes after I developed a rash on my entire left arm including my hands. The rash looks exactly the same when I had an anaphylaxis reaction to polyisoprene. I?m not sure if the syringe for the vaccine contained polyisoprene. I took 2 Benadryl tablets and did not have to use my epi pen. All my symptoms have resolved except for the rash.
