Employee report that on Saturday November 4, 2023 at mid day {noon} she stared with at headache and to this date has had it for 3 consecutive day, drowsiness, nasal congestion/rhinitis and having itchiness on face and scalp area. On Sunday November 5, she broke out in a rash to face and scalp. Took Tylenol 500 mg and Ibuprofen 8000mg with out relief for headache. She has not done anything for rash. Employee did not seek any type of medical care over the weekend at urgent care or ER.
