Symptomtext
Vaccinated 3/19 lot # ER 2613 had red rash on upper chest 3/20 itchy, then 3/21 rash on right ankle itchy contacted doctor went to se her 3/23 provided abx ointment could not determine if from vaccine or insect bites said I could have second dose just premeditate again . Had 2nd dose 4/14 lot # EW 0162 at 2:15 pm had rash at 3:30 pm on top of left foot itchy, chest, back of right shoulder. Took 50 mg diphenhydramine on 4/14 at 3:30 rash on chest start to clear up other rashes treated with triple abx ointment.
