Symptomtext
Vaccine was given in the left arm, about 20 minutes after receiving the vaccine he became pale and diaphoretic. His pulse was 89 BP was 80/50 (right arm) and he was complaining of vision changes. I gave him some water and waited about 5 minutes and rechecked the BP (right arm) and it was 152/117 with a pulse of 78. I waited another 5 minutes and rechecked the BP on the opposite arm (left arm) and the BP was 159/117 with a pulse of 80. He was complaining of pain and numbness in the left arm. I sent him to the ER for evaluation.
