Symptomtext
Complained of feeling pale, lightheaded, sweaty, "normal for him after getting a shot." Vital signs obtained every 15 minutes for 30 minutes and were normal. Laid him on cot, monitored VS, gave powerade drink and granola bar. After 15 minutes had patient sit up from supine position. Rechecked vital signs. Had him continue to sit up and then rechecked VS in another 15 minutes. Disposition: Pt feeling well, denies any dizziness or sweating. Vital signs stable. Pt relaxed and discharged to home from post vaccination waiting area.
