Symptomtext
Approximately eight minutes post vaccination Client became pale and very diaphoretic, saying he did not feel well, looked hypotensive. 4:05PM B/P was 55/32 Pulse -48 R-14 C/O dizziness. Called 911. Gave him 6.7oz apple juice, retook VS at 4:10PM 99/53 P-64 R-16 placed in supine position. 4:15PM EMTs arrived. O2 sat 99% Vital signs continued to improved to B/P 110/80 . Orthostatic B/P done, no change. Client declined to go to hospital. Wife is MD she escorted him home
