Seizure

Symptomtext

Client underwent seizure activity 10 minutes subsequent to vaccine administration. Nursing staff was available to keep client safe and to assess for airway, breathing and circulation; supplemental oxygen and rescue inhaler (provided by client's caregiver) was administered. EMS was dispatched and client was safely transported to a local hospital emergency department.

Symptomtext

At some point around 4:30-5 AM (12 hours after my vaccine), I fainted after getting up to use the restroom. Before fainting it was watery mouth, cold sweating all over, ears starting to ring. I didn?t have a fever and I drink plenty of water. Every time I stood up to walk around for hours thereafter, the same feeling of getting ready to faint. Around 12-1 PM, I got a fever of 100.9 and started chilling and getting very tired. I took Tylenol and it subsided. Around 9 PM, I started getting a sharp, stabbing pain from under my left breast through to under my left shoulder blade. It was easily the worst pain I?ve ever experienced (un-sedated childbirth included). Every time I would stand up abs give it a few minutes, it would subside. When I would lay back down again, it came on again. I took more Tylenol abs eventually was able to sleep. Woke up at 6 AM two days after the vaccine and felt pretty good; a little tired but that?s not necessarily uncommon for me.

Allergien: PCN?not really allergic, but kind of the same reaction as this second dose of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine. Cold sweet, watery mouth, fainting, dizziness.
