Symptomtext

On the day following the booster, Wedneday 11/3, I experienced a 99 degree temperature and sluggishness. This was not unexpected. I had the same very mild side effects after shot 2. On Thursday morning 11/4, I felt normal. On Thursday afternoon at approximately 2 p.m I began having chills with extreme shaking and a temperature spike to 102.5 degrees. The temperature had dropped to 100 by 6 p.m. and disappeared by Friday morning 11/5. I have also experienced minor brain fog this time.

sore stomach; felt still tired; excruciating headache; She feels to have an allergic reaction to the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine.; vomiting for 6-7 hours; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of ABDOMINAL PAIN UPPER (sore stomach), VOMITING (vomiting for 6-7 hours), FATIGUE (felt still tired), HEADACHE (excruciating headache) and HYPERSENSITIVITY (She feels to have an allergic reaction to the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine.) in a 65-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. 011F21A-B) for COVID-19 vaccination. No Medical History information was reported. On 28-Oct-2021, the patient received third dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On an unknown date, the patient experienced ABDOMINAL PAIN UPPER (sore stomach), VOMITING (vomiting for 6-7 hours), FATIGUE (felt still tired), HEADACHE (excruciating headache) and HYPERSENSITIVITY (She feels to have an allergic reaction to the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine.). The patient was treated with PROMETHAZINE (PHENERGAN [PROMETHAZINE]) for No adverse event, at an unspecified dose and frequency and ONDANSETRON (ZOFRAN [ONDANSETRON]) for No adverse event, at an unspecified dose and frequency. At the time of the report, ABDOMINAL PAIN UPPER (sore stomach), FATIGUE (felt still tired), HEADACHE (excruciating headache) and HYPERSENSITIVITY (She feels to have an allergic reaction to the Moderna Covid-19 vaccine.) outcome was unknown and VOMITING (vomiting for 6-7 hours) had resolved. Action taken with mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) was not applicable. No concomitant medication was provided This case was linked to MOD-2021-371132.
