Symptomtext
Fever, fatigue, nausea, dizziness, increased body aches, that started early the next day, at. 04:00 am . Rt arm soreness on day of injection. Pain, progressed, and on Tues- Apr 6, Arm became red, hot to touch, swollen, and hard around injection site ( rt deltoid). Extra Strength Tylenol, 2 tabs taken after oral temp 99.5 recorded, on Apr 6, at 8:30am. Tingling, itching and pain continued at the injection site. Ice pack applied for 20 min. Temporary relief. Clear liquids and rest on Tues- Apr 6. Red swollen/ hard area measures approx 10-12 cm. Continuing with Tylenol and cool compresses. Rt arm has tingling, and pain to touch at present. All other general symptoms have subsided.
