fatigue; swelling at the injection site; headache; nausea; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of INJECTION SITE SWELLING (swelling at the injection site), HEADACHE (headache), NAUSEA (nausea) and FATIGUE (fatigue) in a 48-year-old male patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch no. MOD020B21A) for COVID-19 vaccination. No Medical History information was reported. On 17-Apr-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Intramuscular) 1 dosage form. On 17-Apr-2021, the patient experienced INJECTION SITE SWELLING (swelling at the injection site), HEADACHE (headache) and NAUSEA (nausea). On 18-Apr-2021, the patient experienced FATIGUE (fatigue). On 19-Apr-2021, INJECTION SITE SWELLING (swelling at the injection site), HEADACHE (headache) and NAUSEA (nausea) had resolved. On 22-Apr-2021, FATIGUE (fatigue) had resolved.
