On 3/29, date of first Moderna, doctor noticed necrobiosis lipoidica on right leg. By 5/10 I was back at the doctor for swelling of legs. Started Keflex. By 5/28-30 I was noticing that my forearms were swollen & hard, in addition to my ankles and lower legs.

6/1 - labwork (CRP 10; ANA negative; D-dimer .99; Comp Metabolic Panel & CBC, TSH, ANCA pancel) ; 6/7 - chest x-ray negative; 6/8 - CT of chest with contrast - looked good; 6/25 - digital mammogram + ultrasound of right clavicle lymph node - all ok; 7/16 - CRP 35.5; ANA positive; D-dimer 2.930; 7/30 - saw rheumatologist; started me on 20 mg methotrexate weekly; did labs work: CPK 66; adolase 23.7, CPK 66; 8/9 - biopsy of leg showed necrobiosis lipoidica; 8/17 - echocardiogram okay; 8/31 - saw rheumatologist; 9/22 - MRI of upper legs with myositis protocol - showed diffuse bilateral & symmetrical myositis of the visualized pelvis & thighs; 9/23 - began 80 mg prednisone daily; 10/1 - saw rheumatologist
