Day 1: 2 fleeting headaches Day 2: Vertigo for24 hours, fatigue, loss of appetite, body aches, had to lay down most of the day Day 3: all teeth ached Day 4: eyesight distorted Day 5: eyesight distorted, loss of hair when washed Day 6: 2 headaches, not terrible but tylenol did not stop either, smell distortion Day 7: one headache, not terrible Day 8: back to normal Note:I had covid and experienced few symptoms: minor fatique, loss of smell and taste, hair loss, and 4 terrible headaches the likes of which I never have had. Symptomtext

Beginning at 10 days post-injection, patient experienced random spells throughout the day of lightheadedness/loss of balance with vision narrowing (ie everything going black), and the feeling that he was about to pass out. These spells would last for 20-30 seconds each time and continued for 2 weeks post-injection. During the last 6 months he has been experiencing ongoing cognitive issues similar to dyslexia while doing mindless tasks such as typing, where he will get the letters in a word correct but not in the right order. He has never experienced cognitive issues like this before, and they are still ongoing.

Symptomtext

Patient developed an excruciating headache on 4/12/2021 (unable to walk the pain was so bad). Patient also had cramps / abdominal pain and arm was numb. On 4/13/2021 the only symptom she had was extreme fatigue.
