Symptomtext
Patient had a delayed onset cutaneous reaction of intermittent urticaria that would resolve with Zyrtec and reoccur spontaneously the next day. She has had continuous recurrence daily since the onset of the adverse event. Hives and dermatographia have occurred regularly. Does not have a history of allergies or adverse reactions to vaccines.
