Symptomtext

Hospitalized May '22 for acute stroke syndrome. Presented with new onset left sided weakness and dizziness. MRI showed acute ischemia in the right pons. CTA showing posterior circulation multifocal stenosis. Was on aspirin and statin at time of event. Treated with the addition of Plavix for 21 days then to remain on monotherapy Plavix. Appears is back on her prior aspirin dose
