Symptomtext

Pt received Dose 2 Moderna COVID vaccine. Initially feeling well, then in evening started feeling fatigued, nauseated, mild headache. Was standing up and felt lightheaded, more nauseated, and flushed. Sat down on ground to try to steady herself and slumped over. Was briefly unconscious then came to, while mom was holding had another brief syncopal episode with no seizure-like activity. No tongue biting or incontinence. No head trauma. Mom called paramedics. Pt quickly returned to baseline, was feeling better, had stable vitals, and refused transport and was driven to ER. Afterwards still some nausea and headache. No chest pain, visual changes, weakness, numbness, tingling, shortness of breath.
