child broke out with red hives all over body, starting day after vaccines and continued to get worse into the night and next morning. Was seen at Local PHC, and referred to local urgent care. Received oral steroids and Benadryl from that office. had already an appointment for follow-up for low birth weight that Saturday and was also seen there. Dr. is planning visit with allergist before next doses of vaccine.
