Symptomtext

Pt developed migraine like symptoms and went to ER on 6/13, had normal CT of head, had ER f/u in clinic on 6/14, second ER visit with admission on 6/16 for Right vertebral artery occlusion with left sided stroke symptoms. She was given t-PA and started on aspirin and plavix 24 hours later; discharged with referrals to cardiology, neurology and PT

Systemic urticaria x 1.5 months, better with prednisone taper but persisted afterwards. Patient taking Cetirizine but not helping after prednisone taper as urticaria has returned.
