after vaccine about 10 min into waiting period patient began to C/O L chest pain. Patient rating pain @ 1-2. " intermittent stabbing". Vitals 11:10 120/ 70, A-72, 18, 99% lungs clear, HR regular 11:15 120/70, A. - 70, 18, 98% No change in condition 11:20 110/70, A- 70 HR regular. Pain has subsided. Patient states he eat breakfast that consist of 2- BBQ chicken wings and cold cereal. 11:30 120/70, A-70, 18, 99% Patient resting quietly. 11:40 Patient ambulating hallway wo chest pains. Patient reports feeling normal. patient left with work friend. patient has been instructed to seek medical attention if chest pains return. patient states understanding.

Symptomtext

Patient received her dose in her left arm and was seated and comfortable prior to receiving the shot. Patient was being treated with antibiotics for a tooth infection and asked if there were any problems with getting the shot. The vaccinator explained there was no interaction or contraindication. Patient consented to vaccine and was reminded of possible side effects. Within under a minute she complained of heart racing, redness on throat and back of neck. Patient was able to speak, never lost consciousness and answered questions appropriately. 911 was called when patient continued complaining of rapid heart rate and pain in her right arm, not the arm she received the vaccine. Vaccinator supported patient while sitting until EMT arrived, then she was transported to Hospital for assessment.

After she took the vaccine on her left leg her knee joint started hurting. It stopped her from walking it also swole up. It was very painful and it kept her up at night. Then her hair started coming out. When she comb it it started coming out by the hand full.

Hives; Feeling terrible; Allergic reaction; Rash; Chills; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of URTICARIA (Hives), FEELING ABNORMAL (Feeling terrible), HYPERSENSITIVITY (Allergic reaction), RASH (Rash) and CHILLS (Chills) in a 51-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch nos. 045J21A, 04821A and 019B21A) for COVID-19 vaccination. No Medical History information was reported. On 12-Mar-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On 09-Apr-2021, received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. On 05-Dec-2021, received third dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. I had the shot on Wednesday last week. My arm was quite tender for 24 hours, and at the 12 hour point, I felt very tired. Everything seemed to resolve. Then two days ago, my injection site got itchy. A day and a half ago, it started to ache. Yesterday it got sore and hot. This morning it's red and looking almost bruised. It's quite warm to the touch, and aches. I have no fever or other symptoms.
