Symptomtext
Pt was a resident of a facility. Administered vaccine on 04/13/2022 at 10:10am, family picked him up to take to his relatives for the weekend. His father reported that he got out of the shower on 04/14/2022 at 7:15 am and had a bad seizure and passed away. Pt has a long history of severe seizures. Facility reported that he almost had "daily" seizure activity of some type. I do not know if the vaccine had any bearing on the situation, however I wanted to report it due to the proximity of time.
