I was 67 years old when I received the first shot. I've got COVID and I got it bad/ She did a home COVID-19 test twice on 09AUG2023, and both times it came back positive. She still has symptoms; got extremely sick on 09AUG2023.; she started with muscle aches and pain, Arms were hurting; She had big sores that looked like gangrene (Greenish inside)/She had big soars on legs and body, belly/ She still has sore all over/ The sores keep coming back, as we speak today, 25AUG2023; She had big soars on legs and body, belly, and has scars from them all over body neck down. She still has the sores all over.; its itchy and it is panful/ it started itching and I pulled it off; The pain moved to down to my hands from my shoulders to my hands/Arms were hurting; This spontaneous case was reported by a consumer and describes the occurrence of COVID-19 (I was 67 years old when I received the first shot. I've got COVID and I got it bad/ She did a home COVID-19 test twice on 09AUG2023, and both times it came back positive. She still has symptoms), TENDERNESS (She had big sores that looked like gangrene (Greenish inside)/She had big soars on legs and body, belly/ She still has sore all over/ The sores keep coming back, as we speak today, 25AUG2023), SCAR (She had big soars on legs and body, belly, and has scars from them all over body neck down. She still has the sores all over.), PRURITUS (its itchy and it is panful/ it started itching and I pulled it off) and PAIN (The pain moved to down to my hands from my shoulders to my hands/Arms were hurting) in a 67-year-old female patient who received mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (batch nos. 040C21A and 0051C21A) for COVID-19 prophylaxis. The occurrence of additional non-serious events is detailed below. The patient's past medical history included Surgery (torn rotator cuff of arm). Concurrent medical conditions included Mite allergy and Immune system disorder (since a long time ago). On 29-Jun-2021, the patient received first dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) 1 dosage form. On 28-Jul-2021, received second dose of mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (unknown route) dosage was changed to 1 dosage form. On 29-Jun-2021, the patient experienced TENDERNESS (She had big sores that looked like gangrene (Greenish inside)/She had big soars on legs and body, belly/ She still has sore all over/ The sores keep coming back, as we speak today, 25AUG2023), SCAR (She had big soars on legs and body, belly, and has scars from them all over body neck down. She still has the sores all over.), PRURITUS (its itchy and it is panful/ it started itching and I pulled it off), PAIN (The pain moved to down to my hands from my shoulders to my hands/Arms were hurting) and MYALGIA (she started with muscle aches and pain, Arms were hurting). On 09-Aug-2023, the patient experienced COVID-19 (I was 67 years old when I received the first shot. I've got COVID and I got it bad/ She did a home COVID-19 test twice on 09AUG2023, and both times it came back positive. She still has symptoms) and ILLNESS (got extremely sick on 09AUG2023.). The patient was treated with IVERMECTIN at a dose of 1 dosage form; PERMETHRIN at a dose of 1 dosage form; NIRMATRELVIR, RITONAVIR (PAXLOVID) at a dose of Dose 3; NIRMATRELVIR, RITONAVIR (PAXLOVID) at a dose of Dose 2 and NIRMATRELVIR, RITONAVIR (PAXLOVID) at a dose of Dose 1. At the time of the report, COVID-19 (I was 67 years old when I received the first shot. I've got COVID and I got it bad/ She did a home COVID-19 test twice on 09AUG2023, and both times it came back positive. DIAGNOSTIC RESULTS (normal ranges are provided in parenthesis if available): On 09-Aug-2023, SARS-CoV-2 test: Positive and Positive. For mRNA-1273 (Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine) (Unknown), the reporter did not provide any causality assessments. The concomitant medication was not reported by reporter. 69-year-old patient is calling to report that she received 3 Moderna COVID-19 vaccine : Her first Primary monovalent dose on 29JUN2021 (Lot- 0051C21A at the age of 67 years, 2nd Primary monovalent dose on 28JUL2021 (Lot# 040C21A and Bivalent Booster on 17OCT2022 (Lot# 049D22A. She got the 3rd one because she thought it will clear her skin reactions. She states that on that same day as the first shot, her neighbors eradicated weeds in their yard, and all bugs came to her house and started biting her. She had big sores that looked like gangrene (Greenish inside). She had big soars on legs and body, buttocks, belly, and has scars from them all over body neck down. She still has the sores all over. She stated it was itchy and painful. It looks like bacteria, she did not know what they were. She went to her primary physician, and also to her allergist. All of them gave her medications. She had taken round after round of the Ivermectin but nobody knew what this was or how to treat. She fumigated the yard and home. Sold the home and moved to a new home, but the problem still existed with her. Doctors prescribed Ivermectin x many times, going to different doctors. She used Permethrin also. The sores kept coming back till that day, 25AUG2023. She also mentioned that she started with muscle aches and pain, arms were hurting, then got extremely sick on 09AUG2023. She did a home COVID-19 test twice on 09AUG2023, and both times it came back positive. She got it bad. She still had symptoms. She called the doctor and they prescribed Paxlovid. She had taken three of the shots and something happened to her since she took the very first shot and had been to dermatologists after dermatologist, and everybody just threw their hands up.She kept getting pain in her arm. She thought maybe she tore another rotator cuff because she had surgery on her arm. The pain moved to down to her hands from her shoulders.
