COVID 01/18/2021, Awoke with sore throat and head cold that morning and called Dr. office for test. They sent her through their drive thru testing site, COVID PCR test and 01/19/2021 results was positive. Was give quarantine instructions and self care instructions and directive to contact if any worsen effects occurred.
