About 24 hours after the vaccination I had severe dryness of mouth. Then I had acute burning, redness, and inflammation. My dentist did notice it is well. I am a physician so I am tested regularly for COVID. I didn't have a fever, I was fatigued, and I couldn't eat. If I was not a physician, I would have went to the ER. I self-treated with salt-water rinses and some OTL pain medication. I could see it was not tonsil or any infection of sinuses. Soft and hard palate was redness and it was ok within two weeks.
