Got J&J April 2021 Got usual Side effects sore arm body aches. 12 hours later, middle of the night woke w severe calf pain bilaterally lasted the entire day could barely bend ankles severe calf pain. It dissipated ever since has had paresthesia symmetric distal legs ankles feet. it is the dorsal aspect of the feet neither medial or lateral whole dorsum walking feels weird as if trouble with dorsiflexion - it just takes conscious effort no foot drop worse in AM or after prolonged sitting or driving hard getting out of bed. . no swelling dorsal surface of foot. On November 10th she woke and feet felt "huge" they weren't but they felt that way, much more severe paresthesia, and pain behind left eye it felt like pressure or swollen. It looks a couple days to decrease back to prior baseline. December 6 monday again woke with more severe calf pain symmetric.

she did steroid pack in summer. gabapentin 100mg Saw neurology ordered MRI brain. She sent me the report and I reviewed it. The MRI brain was normal basic labs done prior were normal including thyroid amor recent B12 was low normal around 245. MRI C-spine was done no MRI of L spine was done.

Symptomtext

Within 24 hours I was feeling a leg cramping in my lower left calf, similar to when you have sat on an airplane too long. By the early hours of Sunday morning, it had "spread" in my legs to upper legs and both legs. The pain increased to excruciating, and continued overnight through Monday. During that overnight, I was caring for my elderly mother. I assisted her to the bathroom per usual for the past 2 years. After the 3rd and final assist for the night, I felt lower back pain. That also increased and continues to be causing significant pain. The pain in my legs is gone.

10 JUN 2021: Reported from County that we provided Janssen after client had 2 doses Pfizer. Screening sheet shows client did not respond accurately when asked if she had any previous COVID-19 vaccine, her response was ?no?. Notified that the client had recently finished 2 dose Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination series prior to presenting to our vaccination site for a Janssen COVID-19 vaccination. 4/14/21: Rite-aid, LD LOT EW0161 5/5/21 Rite-aid, LD LOT EW0173 On 26 MAY 2021 client was provided a Janssen COIVD-19 vaccination after responding to the pre-vaccination screening questions in a way to appear eligible for the Janssen vaccination. No adverse reactions noted at vaccination site or reported by the client to this program after being vaccinated with the Janssen COVID-19 vaccine.
