Patient explained she has been placed on rivaroxaban, and it started doing the same thing as when she was on Eliquis. She described that fifteen minutes after taking the medicine, she starts throwing up bile. Morning and night, she was getting diarrhea and having terrible pain in her stomach. Patient said they kept sticking her back in the hospital, and her bladder was not fixed. Patient reported that for some reason, her body was rejecting all of these medicine. Patient has previously been on heparin, and she mentioned she was vomiting from anesthetics. She ended up in the emergency room again, and was told she had accumulated another blood clot. Patient was in the hospital for a whole month. She was given heparin again. She also had a f-factor test performed. She described that the next day she couldn't breathe. The cardiologist thought she saw something in the patient's blood, and they gave her a nuclear testing, which showed she was not typed to have blood clots. The patient received treatment medication rivaroxaban (film-coated tablet, batch number: 22C6341 expiry: JUN-2024) 15 mg, 1 time every .5 days, from 31-MAY-2023 for blood clots. Additional treatment medications (dates unspecified) included: heparin, and apixaban.
