A 71-year-old female patient received BNT162b2 (BNT162B2), on 25Oct2021 at 12:01 as dose 3 (booster), single (Lot number: 30155BA1) at the age of 71 years, in left top arm for covid-19 immunisation. The patient's relevant medical history included: "Fibromyalgia", start date: 1993 (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Fibromyalgia; "Angina attack" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Angina attack; "Rheumatoid arthritis" (unspecified if ongoing), notes: Rheumatoid arthritis, Diagnosed with years ago.; "Mild stroke TIA" (unspecified if ongoing); "Mild stroke TIA" (unspecified if ongoing). There were no concomitant medications.
