Symptomtext
Was administered 2nd dose of Covid vaccine was Pfizer the 1st dose received was Moderna. Pt complaint of tongue tingling, heart racing and not feeling good. Vital signs were taken 3:30 BP 130/80 p 76 and regular, R 16 pulse ox 98-99. had not eaten much that day. Was given a 8 oz coke and a pack of crackers with cheese she ate those, was communicating with others and laughing. 3:19 still complaint of tongue tingling 25 mg of benadryl given. 3:20 vital signs 124/76, p 67 and regular r 16 pulse ox 100. She sat for 10 minutes and returned to work on her own choice. stated she was feeling better
