Symptomtext

Pt received dose #2 on 30September. On 02October had sudden onset chest pain/tightness, fatigue, myalgias, chills. Admitted to local Hospital and treated for myopericarditis. Received Toradol and morphine for pain, heparin infusion for anticoagulation. Discharged 05October with 10 days of Indocin, nitroglycerin as needed and docusate as needed.
