numbness feeling in his face a little bit more predominant on the right side; a weird feeling / strange feeling; numbness feeling on his eye; This is a spontaneous report received from a contactable reporter(s) (Consumer or other non HCP) from medical information team. The reporter is the patient. A 64 year-old male patient received bnt162b2 (COMIRNATY), administered in arm left, administration date 01Nov2021 15:00 (Lot number: 933026BD) at the age of 64 years as dose 3 (booster), single for covid-19 immunisation; influenza vaccine (FLU VACCINE VII), administration date Oct2021 (Batch/Lot number: unknown) as dose number unknown, single for immunisation. Relevant medical history included: "Blood pressure high" (ongoing); "Atrial fibrillation" (ongoing); "Heart rate" (unspecified if ongoing); "water pill" (unspecified if ongoing); "Cholesterol" (unspecified if ongoing). Concomitant medication(s) included: ELIQUIS taken for blood disorder (ongoing); METOPROLOL taken for hypertension (ongoing); OLMESARTAN taken for hypertension (ongoing); EZETIMIBE taken for blood cholesterol (ongoing); CHLORTHALIDONE taken for diuretic therapy (ongoing); ATORVASTATIN taken for blood cholesterol (ongoing). Vaccination history included: Bnt162b2 (Dose 1, Single, Lot: EN6205, Exp date is unknown.), administration date: 25Feb2021, when the patient was 64 years old, for COVID-19 Immunization; Bnt162b2 (Dose 2, Single, Lot: EN6205, Exp : Unknown), administration date: 18Mar2021, when the patient was 64 years old, for COVID-19 Immunization. The following information was reported: HYPOAESTHESIA (non-serious) with onset 01Nov2021 16:15, outcome "not recovered", described as "numbness feeling in his face a little bit more predominant on the right side"; HYPOAESTHESIA EYE (non-serious) with onset 2021, outcome "unknown", described as "numbness feeling on his eye"; FEELING ABNORMAL (non-serious) with onset 01Nov2021 15:20, outcome "not recovered", described as "a weird feeling / strange feeling". Additional information: Vaccination Facility Type was reported as Pharmacy/Drug Store. and not a special Facility. No additional vaccines administered on same date of the Pfizer Suspect. Vaccine was administered on left shoulder. He got the flu vaccine 2 weeks ago and does not know exact name of flu vaccine. It's the regular dose, not the high dose. Stated it's quadra something. Confirmed did not have name of vaccine to provide, or lot/expiration date/ NDC to provide. He just got his 3rd booster shot of Pfizer vaccine and as initially stated within an hour he started to have a weird feeling, numbness or something on the right side of his face. This numbness, or something on right side of face started as clarified 1hr and 15 min ago. It's a strange feeling that started 20 minutes after getting the vaccine. He had numbness feeling on his eye but not as severe. It was strange and just caught his attention. He wanted to know if this was something to be concerned about. He agreed to continue with safety report. These events did not resulted in emergency room/physician office visit. No relevant lab test was reported. No follow-up attempts are possible. No further information is expected.
