within 30 mins of vaccination, patient collapsed due to profound left upper and lower extremity weakness consistent with new CVA. She was transported via EMS where she was admitted for new CVA and underwent mechanical thrombectomy and IA infusion of nonthrombolytics of right ACA A2-A3 junction. Successful recanalization.
